You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For consumers in the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully applicable.
How to Request a Return
- Send your request to agencyflowtech@gmail.com with your order number.
- Wait for our return instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us of the return.
Conditions
Where reasonably possible, the item should be returned unused, undamaged and with its original packaging and accessories. Statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will work with you on an appropriate solution.
Refunds
After receiving and checking an approved return, we process the refund to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, or applicable law provides otherwise.
